The Berkshire Mall is located in Lanesborough, Massachusetts, located outside of Pittsfield. The mall was built in 1988, and can be reached from both Route 8 and U.S. Route 7. There have been many changes in the mall's anchors since its opening. The mall is owned by The Pyramid Companies.

- Macy's (110,000 square feet, converted from Filene's 2006)

- Ames: Closed 2002, demolished in 2005, Target on site 2006
- Filene's: Converted to Macy's in 2006
- Hills: 80,000 square feet (7,400 m2), converted to Ames in 1998
- Service Merchandise: Closed in 1996. Now Best Buy and Linens 'n Things.
- Stiegers: Closed in 1994 and became Filene's
